I missed my annulment hearing with my lawyer a month ago,my parents were paying for it, can i still get it?

i missed my hearing, and my lawyer was being paid by my parents, they ended the contract, but i was wondering if i can still get the anullment with out the long preocess and paying for it all. My husband lives in so cal and child support hasnt kicked in yet for my 6 mth old, so im a boat without a paddle, and dont know what direction to turn. any tips? no negitivity please, it is hard enough already on me.
