Can overdosage of nitroglycerin administered oraly cause death?

NG should be absorbed into blood vessels. So it is often placed under tongue or used as oral spray. yes, it might show up on tox screen if extensive enough. Obviously, an investigation would probably show the container withing arms reach. NG doesn't cause arrest though. So if someone is in arrest, it wouldn't be from NG.
