Why did the bulls suck so bad?

It's simple, what good is all that talent when you have no leader? Nobody on that team has that take control mindset that the Celtics have in Paul Pierce, the Lakers in Kobe, Cavs in Lebron or Billups/Rip in Detroit etc.. They lacked court leadership and hopefully they'll find that in D. Rose
