Dizzy from what,need your advice?

I can just sit here and be a little dizzy.I went to the er 2 weeks ago and the doc checked my ears,blood pressure and temp,everything was fine he said,he persribeded me meclizine and zofran.I have no pain or cold or nothing.Sometimes theres a crackle in my right ear when i yawn.Plus,i can no longer drive because the last 2 times i drove,i would always drive mostly to the right of me,almost hitting a parked car both times.Im 45,what do you think is could be wrong with me? ty.
