What Defense should i pick up this week for my 2 Defense fantasy league?

Start Chicago, no question about it. They are coming off a bad loss and playing the lowly Carolina Panthers this week. Carolina ranks 30th in overall yards and 32nd in points for their overall offense. The Panthers are proving to be one of the worst teams in the NFL right now. Start any defense playing them, the Bills, or Tampa. You already have Chicago, save yourself the trouble of picking up another D and start them. No brainer.
