Should I reconsider Him?

I've been single for a couple of months now, N well I've currently got a text from him saying he wants to talk. So I did but just over texting for awhile....Soon his birthday came around and I was n a different state. I know our feelings for each other is still there 4 each other. He tells me on his birthday that he wants me back in his life, He wants to start over...But our Break Up was that he was a team roper in rodeos n I got so involved in our senior cl that the only time we got to see each other was during school n on sundays if he came back early enough.
