Had a vasectomy 5 days ago?

had a vasectomy 5 days ago and although I havent had any real pain, I'm still in a lot of discomfort. It feels like my right testicle is up in my abdomen and everything feels especially tight. Everything looks normal, but I'm not exactly a doctor. I hate to call the doc and seem like a p@#$y. Anyone have thoughts or similar experience?
