Would you keep a pair of jeans you bought if there was a stain in the crotch?

i got a pair of preowned designer jeans for a really good deal. almost put them on when i saw this yellowish slime of a stain right in the crotch area...kinda icky i know....would you keep em and wash em many times or just return them?
