Why do i wake up with cuts on my body?

lately i've been waking up with cuts on my body, i did used to cut as a result of depression but i went to a psychiatric hospital this march and havent cut since. But i always wke up bleeding or with scars, when my brothers or friends ask i just say dk maybe i just cut myself in my sleep, but is that possible. I'm only 13 so i don't know if this is normal but my life is something very unnormal but its starting to freak me out in a way, i dont understand how i wake up bleeding, and notice cutsm like i might be puting on lotion and see about 7 cuts on legs n thighs , and i know i didnt do it awake nor have i went into the woods to sc my legs on branches or anything. can some1 please help me, im confused
