When does the next LUXE book come out?

I read the first two and loved them. In the back of RUMORS (the second book) it says "the LUXE series continues with ENVY." I didn't know if it was talking about RUMORS, or if that was the title of the next book in the series. But it makes sense that it would be talking about the next book, because in the back of the book it has a short biography/autobiography, and it said that the author (forgot her name) "...currently lives in New York, where she is at work on the sequel to RUMORS." I checked online and in book stores, but I couldn't find the book. This was at the beginning of last summer, so it should be out now, right?
